I have always been captivated by the night sky. I still look up at the sky and wonder. Over time I found myself drawn to exploring the resilience, courage, and amazing capacity of the human spirit. 

Since time began, travelers have looked to Polaris—the North Star—to find their way. While the world around them shifted and the path ahead felt uncertain, Polaris stood steady, offering direction and hope.

There are moments when we struggle to find our balance. A major life transition, relationship challenges, grief, anxiety, burnout, parenthood, career changes, or simply the weight of trying to hold everything together can leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves and unsure of what comes next.

I believe healing isn't about becoming someone different. Healing is about rediscovering who you are, reconnecting with what matters most, and moving forward with greater clarity, resilience, and confidence.
